2024 Calendar
All practices will be held on Sundays in the Quincy High School Gymnasium (please use **75 Russell Park, Quincy, MA** for the gym address - best entrance will be by the loading docks, up the ramp) unless noted otherwise.
Regular Practice times:
1:00-3:30
13-Committment, 14-Enthusiasm, 14-Heart, 15-Communication, 15-Teamwork
2:30-5:00
14-Hustle, 15-Positivity, 16-Character, 17-Integrity, 18-Boys
4:30-7:00
15-Determination, 16-Confidence, 17-Mental Toughness, 17-Grit, 18-Respect
All teams participate in the single day (half day) NERVA tournaments on Sundays. Location and time wave will be announced approximately a week before the tournament.
Select teams will participate in the weekend long tournaments (Fri-Sunday: Nike Boston Volleyball Festival, Sat-Sunday: Rhode Island Rumble).
