Aircraft Club/East Hartford CT:    Route 90 (Mass Pike) to Rt. 84 West. Follow 84 West to exit 58 (Silver Lane). Take a left off the ramp and then left at the first light onto Silver Lane (across from Pratt and Whitney's front gate). Take the first left onto Clement. Go to the end and take a right. The Aircraft Club is on the right.
   
American International College:    FROM THE NORTH: Interstate 91 South to Exit 7 (Columbus Ave/ Springfield Center), at lights, turn left (Spr ingfield Center) onto Boland Way, at the third light, turn right onto Dwight Street (past Springfield Civic Center), at first light turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street approximately two miles. As the road divides bear right onto Wilbraham Road. The Campus is one block up on the left.

FROM THE SOUTH: Interstate 91 North to Exit 6 (Springfield Center), turn right onto Court Street (in front of Symphony Hall at Civic Center Sign), take second right onto Dwight Street, at first light turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street approximately two miles. As the road divides bear right onto Wilbraham Road. The Campus is one block up on the left.

FROM THE EAST OR WEST: Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 6 (Springfield) . Left from exit to Route 291 to Exit 5 (East Springfield-20A). Right off ramp. Left at first intersection onto Roosevelt Avenue. Continue on Roosevelt Ave for approximately two miles, passing the AIC Athletic Complex. After overpass, take the second right onto Wilbraham Road for approximately one mile to the AIC Campus on the right.

   
Amherst Middle School/Amherst NH:     Take either I-93 NORTH through Boston to Rte 128 South to Route 3 North toward Nashua OR take Route 128 North to Route 3 North toward Nashua. Route 3 becomes Everett Turnpike. Take exit 8 from the Everett Turnpike. Follow to traffic light at T intersection by Ground Round take a right onto Rt101A west. Follow Rt101A west through many traffic lights. Keep an eye out for Wendy's on the Right and McDonalds on the left. Keep right at this point. After passing the McDonalds look for Post Road Plaza on your left. Take a right onto Boston Post Road at the light by Post Road Plaza. The road splits almost immediately. Bear right, staying on Boston Post Rd. The road splits again, bear left. The church should be immediately on your left. About 2 miles you will pass the Homestead Market on your right. The next right is Cross Rd and is marked with a very small Middle School sign. Take that right. Take 2nd left into Amherst Middle School parking lot.
   
BMC Durfee/Fall River MA:    From Cape Cod: Take 195 W to Exit 8B (Rte 24 N).  Stay on 24 N to the first exit, Exit 5
(President Ave).  Follow this road to the rotary. At the rotary, take the first turn off (Newport Creamery, Mc Donald's CVS on right).  At the first light, (Elsbree Street, New York Bagel) take a right.  Stay on this road past the Papa Gino's.  The high school is on the left after the Papa Gino's. Park in the lot here and this is the gym entrance.

From Boston: Take 24S to Exit 5  Follow this road to the rotary. At the rotary, take the first turn off (Newport Creamery, Mc Donald's CVS on right).  At the first light, (Elsbree Street, New York Bagel) take a right.  Stay on this road past the Papa Gino's.  The high school is on the left after the
Papa Gino's.  Park in the lot here and this is the gym entrance.

From New Hampshire: Take 93 S to 24 S to Exit 5. Follow this road to the rotary. At the rotary, take the first turn off (Newport Creamery, Mc Donald's CVS on right).  At the first light, (Elsbree Street, New York Bagel) take a right. Stay on this road past the Papa Gino's.  The high school is on the left after the Papa Gino's.  Park in the lot here and this is the gym entrance.

From Rhode Island: Take 195E to Exit 8B (Rte 24 N).  Stay on 24 N to the first exit, Exit 5
(President Ave).  Follow this road to the rotary. Babson College:    From the East: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 15 (Interstate 95/Route 128). After the tolls, follow signs to Route 95/128 South.... see THEN
From the West: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 14 (Interstate 95/Route 128). After the tolls, follow signs to Route 95/128 South.... see THEN
From the South:  Follow Route 95/128 North to Exit 20B (Route 9 West).... see THEN

Take exit 20B (Route 9 West) and continue for 1.9 miles on Route 9 to Route 16. Turn left onto Route 16 West (Washington Street). Follow Route 16 West for 0.6 miles to Forest Street. Turn left onto
Forest Street and follow for 1.2 miles to Babson College; the main entrance is on the right.             
   
Bancroft School/Worcester:    

From the east:  Mass Pike west to 495 north to 290 west to 190 north in Worcester.  Take exit #1 (Gold Star Blvd., West Boylston St.) come off the ramp and slide immediately to the left to leave W. Boylston St. at the first opportunity.  Take the left that looks like it will put you back on 190 but stay to the right on Norton Drive.  Go to stoplight and turn left on to Shore Dr.   Bancroft School (home of the THUNDER) is 1/2 mile on the left. Gym is last building on the left as you face the campus.

From the west:  Mass Pike east to 290 east to 190 north.  Take exit #1 (Gold Star Blvd., West Boylston St.) come off the
ramp and slide immediately to the left to leave W. Boylston St. at the first opportunity.   Take the left that looks like it will put you back on 190 but stay to the right on Norton Drive.  Go to stoplight and turn left on to Shore Dr.  Bancroft School (home of the THUNDER) is 1/2 mile on the left. Barnstable High School:    From 495 South:  495 S. to 25 over Bourne Bridge. Go 3/4 of the way around the rotary and take a right. Follow canal (on your left) to a set of lights. Turn Right onto Rte 6. SEE RTE 6 BELOW
From Route 3 South: 3 South, over Sagamore Bridge to Rte 6. ROUTE 6:  Go to exit 6. Take a right off of the exit. Take a right at the first set of lights. Go to end and take a left. Bear right at the fork before the next set of lights. BHS is 1/2 mile on the left.

Boston College:    From points North and South: Take Interstate 95 (Route 128) to Exit 24 (Route 30). Proceed east on route 30, also known as Commonwealth Avenue, and follow for about five miles to Boston College.
From points West: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17. At the first set of lights off the exit ramp take a right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street to the fourth set of lights, and turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue. Follow Commonwealth Avenue 1-1/2 miles to Boston College.
From Downtown Boston: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17. Take a left over the bridge after passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel. Take the first right onto Centre Street. Follow above directions from Centre Street.
   
Bourne High School:    From Route 495: Heading South, go over the Bourne Bridge onto  rotary. Take first right (leaving the Gulf Station on the left). Go 1/2 mile and you will see Peebles Elementary School on left. Bourne High School is the next left. Follow the driveway around the school to the gym entrance.
From Route 3: Heading South, go over the Sagamore Bridge. Immediately take Exit 1 and follow ramp to light. Turn left and follow along canal (it will be on your right) to the rotary. Take second exit off rotary (leaving the Gulf Station on your left). Go 1/2 mile and you will see Peebles Elementary School on the left. Next left is Bourne High School. Follow driveway around the school to the gym entrance.
   
Bourne Middle School:       From Route 3:  Take Route 3 south.  Enter rotary and take 1st exit onto US-6 W (Scenic Hwy).  Enter rotary and take the ramp towards RT-25/RT-28 S (Providence, Boston, Falmouth).  Go right at the fork toward Falmouth over the Bourne Bridge.  Enter rotary and take 1st exit onto Trowbridge Road.  Drive approximately one half mile.  Peebles School will be on the left. Take next left on school service road. Bourne Middle School is straight ahead with parking lots in front and to the side. Follow the service road. Bourne High School is on your right. Go beyond building and take a right, go beyond side of building and take another right. Entrance to Bourne High School is opposite the flag pole.

From I-495:  Take I-495 South.  I-495 South will become MA-25 East.  Continue over the Bourne Bridge.  Enter rotary and take 1st exit onto Trowbridge Road.  Drive approximately one half mile.  Peebles School will be on the left. Take next left on school service road. Bourne Middle School is straight ahead with parking lots in front and to the side. Follow the service road. Bourne High School is on your right. Go beyond building and take a right, go beyond side of building and take another right. Entrance to Bourne High School is opposite the flag pole.

Brockton High School:    Rte 128 to Rte 24 South. Go ~ 11 miles. Exit at Rte 123 East towards Brockton. BHS is on right past Friendly's rest. Turn into parking lot. Gym is on Left.
   
Brockton South Jr High/Middle School:    Follow Brockton High directions above. Go past the High School entrance and bear right at the lights. Continue past the other entrance of the High School and take a right at the 3rd set of lights onto Warren Ave. Follow almost to the end. The South JHS is on the right. Take a right onto Keith Ave. The parking lot is on the right.

CCRI/Lincoln RI:   

From Boston and North Shore: Take 93/128 South to Route 95 South towards Providence. Take the I-295 South exit to Woonsocket (Exit #4). Take the RI-146 Exit South to Lincoln/Smithfield (Exit #9A). Merge onto 146 South. Turn right  on Breakneck Hill Road. Turn left onto Louisquisset Pike.
From Cape Cod: Take 495 North to Route 95 South towards Providence. Take the I-295 South exit to Woonsocket (Exit #4). Take the RI-146 Exit South to Lincoln/Smithfield (Exit #9A). Merge onto 146 South. Turn right on Breakneck Hill Road. Turn left onto Louisquisset Pike.

Canton High School:    

Take I-93 (Rt 128) N or S to Exit 2a (Rte 138 South toward Stoughton. At first traffic light (opposite Ponkapoag Golf Course) bear right onto Washington St. Canton High School is at 900 Washington St. about 2 1/2 miles on right.

   
Case High School/Swansea MA:    Take RT-24 South. take exit 7 to route 79 south (N. Fall River/Somerset). Follow Rt. 79 to junction of Rts.6 and 138. Follow signs to Route 6 west. Turn right on Gardners Neck Rd which becomes Hortonville Rd. Turn left on Milford Rd. Turn right on School St to Joseph Case High School.
   
Case Junior High School/Swansea MA:   From North: Route 128 South to ROUTE 24 South to route 195 West. Take exit 3 (Swansea) onto route 6. Take left at exit to go east. Take left at 2nd light onto Gardners' Neck Rd. Take right at next light onto Main Street. Jr. High is on left. Park in back.
From Western Mass: Mass Pike to 495 South. Follow from Route 24 South above.

Chelmsford High School:    Route 128/95 to Route 3 North. Take exit 32 (Route 4) at Drum Hill Rotary. At top of ramp, go 1/2 way around the rotary, crossing over route 3. Take Westford Road on the right. Take first right onto Graniteville Road. Take next right onto Richardson road. Take the 2nd driveway and follow it to the back of the school to gym.
   
Clark University:    
From the East: Rt. 495 to Mass Pike West to 290 East to Exit 11 (College Square). Follow the ramp to the first stop light (Holy Cross will be on your right).  Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street. Go under the overpass, to the next stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the second light – a few miles – turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left on Downing Street.

From the West: Mass Pike East to Interstate 290 East to Exit 11 (College Square). Follow the ramp to the first stop light (Holy Cross will be on your right). Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street. Go under the overpass, to the next stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the second light – a few miles – turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. Coventry High School/RI:     FROM THE NORTH*

Take Route 95 South into Rhode Island-- You will pass Providence, Warwick—TF GREEN Airport exit, then Route 95 will bear to the right. Continue on 95 South--you will pass GTECH on the right. Take Exit 6—Route 3 (not exit 6A). (approximately 20 minutes from Providence). Bear RIGHT off the exit towards Coventry. Make a LEFT at the THIRD SET OF LIGHTS (Confreda’s Fruit Stand on corner) onto Reservoir Road. School entrance is approximately 1/2 mile on Left.

FROM THE EAST

Take Route 195 West into Rhode Island. Follow Signs for Route 95 South. Take Route 95 South—FOLLOW DIRECTIONS LISTED UNDER "FROM THE NORTH*"

FROM THE WEST

Take Massachusetts Turnpike to Route 146 South into Rhode Island. Route 146 will merge into Route 95 South. Follow directions listed under "FROM THE NORTH*. 
   
Crossroads Sports Center/NH:    From The South: 495 north to exit 51. Take Route 125 north to the intersection of Route 101. Go under Route 101 and there is a McDonalds on the left side, pull into the parking lot and continue through to the Crossroads Sports Center
ALTERNATIVELY 95 north to Hampton tolls. Take last exit before the tolls, Route 101 west to Exeter and Epping. Follow 101 west until you reach the exit for Route 125. At the bottom of the exit, the McDonalds will be directly across the street to the right, enter McDonalds and pull into the parking lot and continue through to the Crossroads Sports Center.
From the West: 101 east to exit for Route 125. Bottom of exit go left - under the highway and there will be a McDonalds on the left side, pull into the parking lot and continue through to the Crossroads Sports Center.
From the North (Lakes Legion): Route 125 south to Lee Traffic Circle, continue south to Epping, just before route 101 entrance, take a right into the McDonalds, pull into the parking lot and continue through to the Crossroads Sports Center
ALTERNATIVELY Route 93 south to route l0l. Take Route 101 east to exit for route 125 Left at Bottom of exit under the highway and there will be a McDonalds on the left side, pull into the parking lot and continue through to the Crossroads Sports Center.
   
Dartmouth Sports Dome/MA:     From North: Route 128 South to ROUTE 24 South to route 195 east. Take exit 11- Reed Rd. Bear left off ramp. The DSD is ahead on the left. 
From 195 west: Take exit 11B (Hixville). Bear right off exit. The DSD is 1/4 mile on left. 
   
Dean College/Franklin MA:    Follow Rte 140 (exit 17 off pt 495) to Franklin. At the fourth set of traffic lights (corner of Union and West Central Streets), take a left onto Union Street and then take your first right onto School Street. Continue straight at stop sign and the gym is on the right hand side, (third building). Park in the lot further down the street past the athletic field.

From all points south, take ROUTE 95 NORTH/SPAULDING TURNPIKE NORTH
Take Route 95 north through the Hampton toll booth. Take exit 4 to the Spaulding Turnpike. Continue on the Spaulding Turnpike north. Take exit 7 (Burger King.) At the bottom of the exit turn left onto Route 108 south. Continue on Route 108 south about 1.5 miles. Turn right on Daley Drive.

Eastern Connecticut State College:     From Hartford: I-84 East. Route 384 east to Route 6. Route 6 east to intersection of Routes 6 and 66. Left on Route 6 to second exit (High Street). Turn right onto High Street to campus entrance, 1/2 mile on right.
From Springfield, Mass. and Points North: I-91 south to Route 291 (Exit 35). Route 291 east to Route 384. Route 384 east to Route 6. Route 6 east to intersection of Routes 6 and 66. Left on Route 6 to second exit. Turn right onto High Street to campus entrance, 1/2 mile on right.
From Boston, New Hampshire and Vermont: Route 90 west (Mass. Pike) to Route 395 (Exit 10). Route 395 south to Route 6 (Exit 91). Route 6 west to intersection of Routes 6 and 66. Right on Route 6 to first exit. Turn left to dead end. Left onto High Street to campus entrance, 1/2 mile on right.

HWY. (0.7 miles). Turn LEFT onto LAKE ST. (0.1 miles). Turn RIGHT onto ELM ST. (0.1 miles). End at 117 Elm St Nashua NH. Elm Street Middle School's Chestnut Street Gym is located on the Chestnut Street side of the Elm Street School Complex (behind the main building). Endicott College:    
From Route 128 North (Peabody):Take exit 17 (Grapevine Road, Beverly Farms). Turn right off the exit ramp and right again after
1½ miles onto Haskell Street (by the cemetery). Proceed to the end; at stop sign, turn right onto Hale Street, Route 127 to
Endicott College. The main entrance is the second entrance on the right. 
From Boston: Follow either Route I-93 North or Route 1 North to Route 128 North. Follow directions above from Route 128 North
(Peabody).
From Maine: Follow Route 95 South to Route 62 East to Route 128 North toward Gloucester, then follow the directions above from
Route 128 North (Peabody).
From Vermont, New Hampshire: Follow Route 89, take Route 93 South to Route 95 North. Follow directions above from Route 128 North (Peabody).

ON CAMPUS: Proceed straight through the security gate (keep the pond to your right).  At the top of the hill the Post Center (gym) will be on your left.  You may park in front of the gym, behind the Townhouses across from the gym, or proceed past the gym to the large parking lot on the right.  The front desk phone number is (978) 232-2442.
   
Falmouth High School:    From the Bourne Bridge - go MA 28 S to Brick Kiln Road exit - Turn left at
bottom of ramp - 1st traffic light is Gifford Street - Turn left - school is

Follow route 3/11 for 6.2 miles. Go straight through the lights at the Belknap Mall (on left) and then bear right on Route 3N/11E (towards Gilford). Follow Route 3/11 for 2.9 miles. Take Exit for Route 11A East (towards Gilford Village, Gunstock). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto 11A East. Follow Route 11A for 1.8 miles Take a right onto Alvah Wilson Road (sign for Gilford Middle High School) School is 4/10 mile in on the left.
   
Greater Lawrence Technical School:     FROM THE NORTH: Take Route 93 South to Exit 45 (River Road). At the top of the ramp, turn right. Proceed on River Road for approximately ¼ (one quarter) of a mile; at the third traffic light, turn left into the school driveway and parking lot area.

FROM THE SOUTH: Take Route 93 North to Exit 45 (River Road). At top of the ramp, turn left onto River Road. Proceed on River Road for approximately ¼ (one quarter) of a mile; at the second traffic light, turn left into the school driveway and parking lot area.

The entrance to the gyms is at the far left front door marked "Pool and Athletic Entrance"
   
Gus Canty Rec Center/Falmouth:    From the Bourne Bridge - Follow Route 28 to Falmouth. Turnleft on Jones Road. Two traffic lights then turn right onto Davis Straits Street (turn into Main street). Follow to 790 Main Street. Dairy Queen is across the street and the Police station is next door.
   
The Habitat/Uxbridge MA:    From Worcester: Take 290 South to Route 146 South. Follow 146 approximately 15 miles to Route 16 (Uxbridge/Douglas). Bear right at the end of exit ... go 3/10 of a mile to West Street ... take left ... go 1500 feet to main entrance.
From Providence: Take 95 North or South to Route 146 North. Follow 146 North (approximately 20 miles) to Route 16 (Uxbridge/Douglas exit). Take left... go 1500 feet to main entrance.
From Emerald Square Mall (Attleboro): Take 295 West to Route 146 North. Take 146 North to Route 16 Exit (Uxbridge/Douglas). Take left ... go 1500 feet to main entrance.
From Springfield Area: Take Mass Pike (Route 90) east to Exit ?O (Aubum). Follow signs for Route 20 east Take Route 20 East to Route 146 South (about 10 miles). Take 146 South to Route 16 Exit (Uxbridge/Douglas). Bear right at the end of exit ... go 3/10 of a mile to West Street ... take left... go 1500 feet to main entrance.

From the north: Take I495 south to the Rt. 62 exit into Hudson. Join Rt. 85 south, bearing right at the rotary. About 100 ft. later, on your right is an armory; just after the armory, take Park Street to the right. Travel about a mile to Hudson High School, on the right. (Brigham Street has joined at this point, so the school is actually on Brigham Street.)

From the east: Take Rt. 62 east into Hudson. At the rotary, go 3/4 around, so you leave the rotary going south on Rt. 85. From the west: Take I290 east. Get off at the Solomon Pond Mall Exit and follow just like your going to the mall. Go past the mall, past Target, and past the New England Sports Center. You will then go under 495. At the 4-way stop sign go straight 600 yrds and the school will be on your left.

From the south: Take I495 north. At the I290 intersection, the choices are I290 or Rt. 85 in Hudson. Take the Rt. 85 exit, going east on an access road to Rt. 85. When you reach Rt. 85, turn left, going north towards Hudson. Proceed about 3/4 of a mile: you will pass a Brooks Pharmacy and a Dunkin Donuts on the left. At the top of the hill is the first street joining from the left - that's Brigham Street. Turn left on Brigham. After about 1/4 mile on Brigham, take a left at the stop sign. (You're still on Brigham) Keep on Brigham and look for Hudson High School on the right, a few hundred yards.

This is North Road/Rte 4. Stay on North Road for approximately 1 mile. Take Sweetwater Ave on the right. School Driveway is approximately 1/2 mile on left.

From Route 3 South: Take Concord Road - Bedford exit. Turn left off exit ramp onto Concord Road. Go 1.4 miles to stop sign (Renzo Hair Salon on right). Take a left on Concord Road. Go 1/2 mile and take a left onto Sweetwater Ave. School entrance is approximately 1/2 mile on left.

Lincoln Sudbury High School:     From Rt. 495 Southbound, take the Rt. 117 exit (Bolton).  Take a right off the ramp, to go underneath the 495 overpass.  About 1/4 mile down, take a right onto Rt. 85 South.  (After 3 miles, this will take you to the Hudson Rotary, meeting up with Rt. 62.)  At the stop sign, take a left onto Rt. 62 East.  Go around the rotary to stay on Rt. 62 East. Take Rt 62 East through Hudson center until the traffic lights a mile outside town where it goes left. You go straight ahead (Hudson Road /Sudbury Road). Keep on the road for roughly six miles until the traffic lights in the center of Sudbury. Turn left there (just after the fire station) onto Concord Road. The high school is a mile and a quarter down on the right.  Take a right at the white sign, and then a left into the parking lot.  As you have the front of the school in front of you, park on the left and follow the driveway there down the left hand side and go in the gym door on your right as noted in the parking directions above.

From Rt. 9 or Rt. 495 Northbound: Take Rt. 495 North to the Rt. 9 East exit.  Follow Rt. 9 East until you see a Super Stop-n-Shop on your right at a set of lights.  Get in the right lane, and look for the Egell Road ramp on your right.  Take that exit to go up the ramp.  Take a left at the lights to go over Rt. 9.  Go straight at the next set of lights. Stay on Egell Road until it ENDS at a T-intersection. From Route 3 North and Route 495: take the Lowell Connector to the Industrial Avenue exit. Take a right at the end of the ramp.  Please note, as of October 31st 2005, there is only a small sign for the school. Be aware of the public works school crossing / school zone signs. The turn-off to the school driveway is relatively easy to notice with a widening of the road on both sides at the school entrance.

Directions from the South

Drive through Barnstead, NH on Route 28 N. As you come up Route 28 North (Suncook Valley Rd), the school will be on your left (approximately 1 mile). The park "Eagles Rest" is on the right-hand side of the road almost directly across the street from the entrance to the school. If you reach the Alton Traffic Circle you have gone too far.

Take I-93 North to I-95 North toward Peabody. Take exit #4 onto US-4 toward Spaulding Turnpike/Newington/Dover. US-4 becomes RT-16. RT-16 becomes US-202. Take exit #15/RT-11 onto North Main St (RT-11). Continue to follow RT-11 for 10.5 miles. Make a left turn on Old Route 11 then immediately turn right onto Valley Road. Bear left on Stockbridge Corner Road. Bear left on Unnamed Street (actual name of the street). Continue on Suncook Valley Road (RT-28).  

 
   
Quincy High School:    

From the South: Take Rte 3 north to exit 19, T Station/Quincy Center
Follow signs towards Quincy Center
Continue going straight on the Burgin Parkway
At 5th set of lights take a right onto Granite Street
At the next light take a left onto Hancock Street
Do not turn left nor right, follow the road through 2 sets of lights
At the 3rd set of lights take a left. The Quincy YMCA will be on your right.
Just past the building on your right, take a right into the parking lot. The gym is
in the building that reads "Center for Technical Education"

From the North: Take the expressway (Rte 93) south.
Take the Furnace Brook Parkway exit. Continue around the rotary to
the Furnace Brook Parkway exit.
Saturn dealership will be on your right as you exit the rotary.
Go straight through 4 sets of lights.
At the 5th set of lights (VERC Rentals will be on your right) take a right onto the Southern Artery.
About a half mile down, take a right onto Russell Park Road
At the fork in the road, bear to the left
The first building on your left is the gymnasium for the Center for Technical Ed.
Take a left turn into the parking lot.

The Sports Zone/Derry NH:    

 

 Driving from the South, head north on Interstate 93. Take Exit 4, turn right off the ramp onto Rte 102 North toward Derry NH. Take first left onto Londonderry Road. Go to the end of the road, which dead ends into Ash Street. Turn right onto Ash Street. Go to the end of the street which dead ends into High Street. Turn left onto High Street, which curves right into Folsom Road (same street but the name changes). Take second left onto Franklin Road which dead ends into B Street (there is no sign) Turn right onto B Street which dead ends into A Street. Turn right onto A Street. St Michael's College/VT:    Route 93 N to route I-89 North to Burlington, VT. (93 - 89 jct. is near Concord, NH). Follow I-89 to exit 15 East (Colchester Pkwy). Go to right at end of ramp. St. Michaels main entrance is 1/4 mile on left at first stoplight. Turn left into entrance and follow road to the left. The main entrance to the Tarrant Rec Center and Ross Sports Center Complex will be on your right.
   
Siena College/Albany NY:    Mass Pike (rte 90)West to NY border. Take NY Thruway to exit B1(I- 90W). Follow I-90 to exit 6 (US 9 North) to Loudonville. Siena is 2 miles on the right.

It is recommended you Google, Rand McNally, or Mapquest these directions. The directions will vary greatly depending on where your starting location is. From Quincy it is about a 2 hour drive so plan accordingly. 

 
   
Sterling Middle School/Quincy:    Coming from the North: 93 South to the Braintree Split at Rt 128 and Rt 3 South Stay to the left and just barely get onto Rt. 3 South Get off the 1st exit which will say "Washington Street, Quincy T".
**** Coming off the exit, stay left following the Quincy signs. When you finally get to the bottom of the weaving exit ramps, stay to your left and take a left at the lights onto "Centre Street" (Don't drive into Crown Colony!!) Stay on Centre Street and take your 9th right onto "Granite Ave" Sterling Middle School will be right there on your right, take the 1st driveway to the rear of the school where the gym entrance is.
Coming from the west (or Rt 128 South): At the Braintree Split where Rt 93 goes into Boston and Rt 3 heads south to the Cape, stay right and get off the 1st exit "Washington St, Quincy' Follow above directions at ****.
   
Stoneleigh Burnham School:    From east - take Rt. 2 to Greenfield, Exit Rt. 5 & 10 take right off exit school is on left. Follow driveway into school. Gym is straight ahead.
   
Taunton High School:    Take Rt. 128 to Rt. 24 South (New Bedford/Fall River). Follow 24 to exit 13B (Rt. 44 West). Take left at 5th set of lights (Owen Blvd). Take the 1st left to enter the school driveway. Take the 2nd left to go around to the back of the school. The entrance is directly opposite the football gate.

Take Route 3 North from Route 128. From Route 3 take exit 35. Head west on Route 113. Take first left onto Cummings Road, then next left on to Progress Ave.

Once you reach campus follow signs for Clark Athletic Center. Parking is free on Sundays.
   
UMass Lowell Costello Gym:    

Follow Directions as below for the UMass Lowell Rec Center (pick up where print is red):

Take the first left at Hall Street. At the end of Hall Street you will be facing the Rec center. Take a right and continue straight over the Aiken Street bridge. At the lights at the end of the bridge take a left.
Follow the boulevard past the fields on the right to the next set of lights.
Take a right onto University Ave.
Take a right at the next set of lights.
There is an alley at the end of the first building on the right which leads to the front door of the gym.
Follow it all the way around the NUCLEAR REACTOR to park. 
There is another larger lot behind the gym but you have to go to the next street and come back to park and then walk around the building to get in.
   
UMass Lowell Rec Center:    

From South of Boston take 93 North to Rte 128 South to Rte 3 North OR Take Rte 128 North to Rte 3 North.
 
Go south on Rte. 128 to rte. 3 north (Lowell) Get off at the Lowell
Connector exit 30. Get off of the Connector at Thorndike St. You must go right at the
bottom of the ramp. Thorndike will become Dutton after 3 sets of lights. Just
keep going straight. Three more sets of lights and you are facing
Cobblestones restaurant with a Hess gas station on the left corner. Bear to the left
DO NOT TAKE A LEFT - past Cobblestones and at the next set of lights -
Tsongas Arena is in front of you and Lowell High is on your right - take a
left. At the first light take a right - Cabot St. Take your first left - Hall St.
 At the stop sign the REC Center is directly in front of you. There is
parking in the lot to the left of the building as well as on Hall St. The
entrance is on the opposite side of the building to Hall St.
   
University of New Hampshire:    To: UNH - Durham NH Take Route 95 North to Fork in Road.At fork in Road Go to NH Lakes/Mountain Region - Route 4 & 16. Follow Route 4 & 16 to Exit ~ West (Concord/Durham). Take Route 4 West (7 Miles) to Route 155A Exit. Take Left at end of bottom ofRamp. About 1 Mile - Field House on Right. Take Left at set oflights. Parking Lot 'A' - Recreation Center is behind field.
   
University of Rhode Island:    

From the north, take I-95 South to Exit 9 (Route 4 South) IN  RHODE ISLAND, follow Route 4 to Route 1 South. Stay on Route 1 until the intersection of Route 138 West. Route 138 West will bring you to the University.

From the south, take I-95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East). Continue east on Route 138 to the University.

From Newport, follow Route 138 West over the Newport and Jamestown bridges to Route 1. Take Route 1 South to Route 138 West. Follow Route 138 West to the University.

West Newton Armory:    From Rt. 128 (I-95): Take Mass Pike East (towards Boston). Take Exit 17(Newton Corner/Watertown). Get in the left lane as you come up off the exit ramp. (Sheraton Hotel on your left which is built over the Mass Pike.) Go left back over the Mass Pike (you are making a giant U-turn) and left again just after you get over the Pike. You are now on Washington St. heading west (make sure you do not get back on the Mass Pike). Go approx. 2 miles straight on Washington St. (which parallels the Mass Pike). The Armory will be on your right (brick building that looks like a castle). Park on the street.
From Boston: Take Mass Pike West. Take Exit 17 (Newton Corner/Watertown). As you come up off the exit ramp go straight ahead onto Washington St. Go approx. 2 miles straight on Washington St. (which parallels the Mass Pike). The Armory will be on your right (brick building that looks like a castle). Park on the street.
   
West Warwick Civic Arena:    100 Factory Street, West Warwick, RI

From I-95: I-95 to Rt-117 (exit 10). West on Rt-117 and proceed approx. 2 miles to New London Avenue. Turn right on New London Ave. and proceed north approx. 0.5 mile to Factory Street. Turn left on Factory St. and watch for Arena on the right.

From I-295: I-295 to Bald Hill Rd./Rt-2 South exit 2. South on Bald Hill Rd./Rt-2 about 1 mile and then bear right onto Toll Gate Rd. Continue east on Toll Gate Rd. about 0.5 mile to Providence St. Bear left on Providence St. and then continue straight onto New London Ave. Follow New London Ave about 0.75 mile to Factory St. Right on Factory and watch for arena on the right.

From Route 128:
  • Take Exit 16 B (Route 109) Westwood
  • Follow Route 109 (West) for 2.2 miles.
  • At the median strip (St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church will be on right) the road widens to make a left hand turn on to NAHATAN STREET.
  • Take this left on to Nahatan Street and proceed for approximately 1/3 mile.
  • The High School parking lot is on your left after the football field.
